ABOUT DAVID, FOUNDER OF BEVITAL

I have always had a strong drive to understand how people (including myself) can function better. Not only physically, but also mentally and in how we deal with others, energy, stress and goals.

Throughout more than 25 years in an international business environment and many years in leadership roles, I realised that my energy mainly came from guiding people. Not from driving short-term results, but from supporting sustainable development.

Today, I work as a coach and facilitator from that conviction.

My approach has been strongly influenced by my own journey as an endurance athlete. Years ago, I ran my first marathon in just over 4 hours, completely exhausted and without any real strategy.

That moment triggered a great deal.

I started exploring testing, training, recovery and coaching, and above all how people improve in a sustainable way.

That journey eventually led to a personal best marathon time under 3 hours, but more importantly, to a different way of looking at performance and vitality.

Less focused on “pushing harder”, more focused on managing energy and capacity more intelligently.

Those same principles are what I apply today in my work with people and organisations.

I combine my experience as a coach and leader with a measurable and practical approach to vitality. No generic advice, but guidance that starts from insight and focuses on lasting behavioural change.
